Learnin’ Styles
My second preffered learning style is Kinesthetic. Basically i like doing hands -on things as well. i like having the chance to mess around with things and try it. Instes of watching a diagram of volleyball i would rather stand in the spot and begin playing. Also according to the websites flash cards are supposed to help me learn which is true. i can learn 20 vocabulary words 15 minutes before a test and still remember them a week later. I have also learned that spelling out words in my head or aloud helps trigger thoughts about the subject. thus tying aural and kinesthetic together. For instance, so far today i have been working with a group of friends reviewing for the history cst. I realized that as we went through various topics, if i spelled the word out i was able to remember at least some specific instance in which i used the word, or saw something. For example Cubism, when my friend said it i had no idea, i asked him to spell it , he gave me a hint, art form, and i thought of Picasso with his guitar. Somehow i can magically pull some information out of nowhere. Even though i couldn’t remember who the allies and central powers were… hahah
